Affiliate Program Policies for Mario Giovanelli’s Music Guide: Secrets to Theory Revolution

1. Respectful Marketing Practices:

• Affiliates are expected to engage in respectful and ethical marketing practices at all times.
• No violence: Any form of violent or aggressive marketing tactics is strictly prohibited.
• No coercion: Affiliates must not force or pressure anyone into purchasing products.
• No impersonation: Affiliates must never impersonate Mario Giovanelli or his brand, Giovanelli Store. All marketing efforts must be conducted under the affiliate’s own name. Affiliates may mention Mario Giovanelli as the owner and creator of the Music Guide: Secrets to Theory Revolution, but they must clearly state that they represent his brand, Giovanelli Store, and not act as if they are him.

2. Product and Commission Details:

• Product: Commissions are only applicable to the sale of the Music Guide: Secrets to Theory Revolution product.
• Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn €20 per sale of the Music Guide: Secrets to Theory Revolution.
• Payout Schedule: Commissions will be paid within 30 days of a successful referral. There is no minimum threshold for payout.
• Payout Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate bank or PayPal account details for their payouts. Mario Giovanelli and Giovanelli Store are not liable for any losses due to incorrect payment information, and payments cannot be reissued.

3. Accurate Representation and Transparency:

• No misleading information: Affiliates must ensure that all information provided in their marketing efforts is truthful and accurate. Misleading or false claims are strictly prohibited.
• Disclosure: Affiliates are encouraged to disclose their status as affiliates when promoting the Music Guide: Secrets to Theory Revolution to ensure transparency with potential customers.

4. Legal and Tax Compliance:

• Tax Information: Affiliates must provide their tax information to ensure they are legally compliant while participating in the affiliate program. This is required for accurate reporting and processing of payouts.

5. Data Privacy and Security:

• Data Use: The personal data of affiliates will only be collected and used for the purpose of processing payments and managing the affiliate program. Giovanelli Store does not engage in any form of spying or illegal activities and will not share affiliate data with third parties, except with Goaffpro, the affiliate marketing system provider, solely for the purpose of administering the affiliate program.

6. Refund Policy:

• No Refunds: As the Music Guide: Secrets to Theory Revolution is a digital product, refunds are not possible. This ensures that there is no risk of commission reversals due to refunds.

7. Dispute Resolution:

• Handling Disputes: Any disputes regarding commissions will be resolved at the discretion of Mario Giovanelli. Affiliates agree to the pricing before they start promoting any products. Affiliates are welcome to voice their concerns, but verbal abuse or violence will not be tolerated. Mario Giovanelli will determine the final commission amounts and product pricing.

8. Mutual Agreement and Consent:

• This affiliate program is not a form of manipulation, nor is it an exploitative practice to generate money. It is certainly not any form of misuse of people’s energy for profit. All affiliates who participate in this program do so as partners, fully understanding and accepting the terms from the beginning. Participation is entirely voluntary, and all affiliates consent to the program’s conditions in the clearest, most straightforward manner.
